Applications must be made in person at one of our office locations or via ZOOM.

To apply for Homestead Exemption, you will need your driver’s license or voter’s registration that reflects your current address and a copy of your recorded cash sale/deed.

To apply for a Freeze, you will need proof of age and your most recent federal tax returns, showing a combined Adjusted Gross Income of $100,000 or less.

2024 is a Reassessment year. All Freezes filed will be frozen at 2024 Reassessed values which are effective values as of 1/1/2024.
